Daffod‘i’ll

Dill started performing when he was 18 in the late 70’s and early 80’s in legendary Coventry bands God’s Toys and ‘I’.
Following a long spell in the wilderness he returned to song writing in 2005 and now continues to write while in the process of recording this material on a series of albums to be released over the next few years recorded by his old friend Martin Bowes at the Cage Studios in Coventry.
The first album is entitled Artificial Intelli-gent, and is released on his own Iconoclast label, a new subsidiary of Two Gods productions.

The pseudonym Daffodill is a combination of his schoolboy nickname – Dill, and his surname, Davies - Daffyd in Welsh.
Dill describes his music as the music he wishes other people would make, and draws his inspiration from all types of music, exploring different genres (to see how it’s done)
